We generally use brands like Dulux and Fleetwood. Upon your request, we can include other premium materials such as Farrow & Ball, Colourtrend, Little Greene, and many more to meet your exact preferences. But, it is up to you what brand you want to go with.

We handle all the necessary preparation, including sanding, repairs, and priming, to ensure a smooth painting process.

Yes, we use non-toxic (- all paint has to be non toxic now) and environmentally friendly paints whenever possible, ensuring safety for families with children and pets.

The duration of a painting project depends on its size and complexity, but we strive to complete all projects in a timely manner while maintaining quality.

Yes, we always ensure a thorough clean-up after completing the project, leaving your space tidy and ready for use.

Our team communicates transparently and will discuss any unexpected issues or necessary changes with you during the project.

Yes, it can be remedied. However, if the underlying surface preparation wasn’t carried out correctly, there is a possibility that peeling could occur again in the near future, and we cannot assure you that it won’t happen again.

It is advisable to wait at least a week for the paint on the windows to fully dry before cleaning them.

We recommend repainting your home every 3 to 4 years, and every 2 years if you want to keep up with current trends.

No, there is nothing required from the client. The Apartment Painting Team will supply all necessary tools and paints for the job. Only thing we want you to do is to remove all their small belongings like photos, ornaments etc and store them away.

We do not provide a warranty but if there is an issue after completion we have no problem going back to rectify if it is our issue.

Generally, it is time to repaint if you observe any cracks or gaps in the walls, fading paint, loose or cracked caulking, peeling plaster, or dampness accompanied by mould. Aside from these signs, a repainting schedule of every 3 to 4 years is recommended.
